This work has included preparation of written evidence, affidavits, statements and technical expert witness reports. We have provided these services in both Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland and have been involved in over 30 cases, that range from summary to indictable proceedings. The company has particularly deep experience in the Waste Management Act 1996-2008 and associated regulations.
