We specialise in making applications for most forms of authorisation including:

• Discharge consents, trade effluent agreements
• National Waste Collection Permits or Registration of Carriers in NI
• TFS authorisations; green or amber

Working in both Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland we can assist clients in having the necessary authorisation or licence to operate their business. We also assist companies negotiate change with their regulator or manage formal reviews of PPC permits, waste management licences or waste facility permits.

An integral part of our waste licensing service is the preparation of working plans and we are able to prepare working plans that comply with the full NIEA risk assessment guidance.

For existing licence holders we offer a full support service including onsite monitoring for groundwater, surface water, dust, odour and any other parameters included in the waste licence or permit. As part of this we can provide quarterly and annual environmental reports and deal with exceedence reporting to the regulator.
